By pressing the link below you can read the excellent work being carried out by residents in the Congleton area in order to bring to the attention local issues faced by the residents. And it is apparent that the same lack of care and understanding from our local and County authorities is being used and yet it is we the residents who pay their wages, expenses and therefore we should be able to say NO and they should act or listen.

However, if our authorities won’t listen to the residents of the Borough or County then we will band together in order to make them listen and act. Because we elect people into office as councillors to represent us, but no sooner as they get caught up in the wheels of the local or county authorities, the Officers drive the ship.

BUT it should be the other way around, because it is the residents who elect our council representatives and it should be them who tell the Officers what they should do in order to serve the local community. However, this is clearly not the case and the Officers are ridding rough shod over the very people they are in a job to represent.
