This Police forum is designed to give you as a resident of Middlewich the opportunity to ask questions or raise any concerns they may have in respect to the Policing in Middlewich. We will then publish your submission in order for a representative from the Police to respond.

If someone makes a threat to kill against another person, under what Act does this fall? Would this be classsed as assult? What can be done to ensure this person is prosecuted? If it is part of a persons ASBO conditions to be at home at a certain time in the evening and that person is also tagged, what should the police do to enforce the conditions of the ASBO? I understand that the police now have new powers in relation to illegally parked cars, driving without tax or insurance and other motoring offences, can the police please explain what additional powers they have? And how can the general public help in reporting vehicles they believe to be breaking the law?
